- Intake and response to new emergency leads of Water Fire Smoke
- Assess damages Gain approvals for projects from carriers/customers.
- Coordinates and supervises emergency work
- Perform emergency extraction of water from various surfaces
- Provide assistance including but not limited to removal of all affected building materials.
- Manage Technicians daily scheduling and responsibilities
- Maintain drying equipment and supplies in production vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment to 1800 Water Damage standards
- Operates a company vehicle equipped with cleaning equipment tools and supplies to the work sites
- Provides exceptional customer service treat customers property and contents with respect and care
- Effectively communicate with customers and management
- Update job progress and documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
- Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections
- Other duties as assigned by the management
- Possess sense of urgency professional demeanor positive attitude and strong work ethic
- 2 years experience of water mitigation mold remediation and fire/smoke cleaning with a reputable company in the industry.
- Must have a valid NC Drivers License and possess a clean driving record.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions
- Exceptional problemsolving ability.
- Ability to identify potential site hazards (asbestos lead paint mold etc.
- Sustained periods of standing walking bending and kneeling
- Must be able to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Must be able to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces such as crawls spaces attics
- Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
- IICRC Certifications are Plus
- Familiarity with chemical products including use disposal and Material Safety Data Sheets
- Willing to work nights and weekends when requested
- Periodic travel
