Job Description

ARMA Group is a rapidly growing ASX listed specialist provider of contingent debt recovery solutions based in the North Lakes Business Park!. As a Customer Solutions Specialist you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers handling inbound and outbound phone calls negotiating payment with customers problemsolving and objection handling to achieve account resolution. You will be expected to manage consumer workflows complete required administrative tasks and collaborate with our internal teams to ensure a seamless and effective debt recovery process.

Responsibilities

  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls and assisting customers who may be undergoing financial distress.
  • Proactively and empathically negotiating payment with our customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while adhering to strict and specific compliance and regulatory expectations.
  • Problem solving and objection handling to achieve account resolution in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with all team members while practicing the Credit Clear Core Values.
  • Meeting the required KPIs and targets as set by your manager.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of database platforms
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence specifically in displaying respect and empathy.
  • Proactive approach to developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail timemanagements skills and the ability to multitask
  • Customer Service experience is ideal but not essential.
