If you are a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who wants to help transform lives through excellence and personcentred NDIS allied health services then you love working at ORS.
You will get to work alongside 80 other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 065 with various diagnoses and disability types. We provide the opportunity for every clinician to build a case load that aligns with their skills & interests. More importantly you will also get to work with an amazing group of clients playing an integral part in their personal growth and development.
The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:

Learning and Development:

To support this goal we have a team of discipline specific experts who all possess 20 years clinical Occupational Therapy experience. You will be able to connect with these experts in one on one and group training sessions and they are available for round the clock specialist support in addition to your Team Leader & Manager.
You will also have access to internal Occupational Therapy specific and interdisciplinary professional development opportunities (Special Interest Groups Monthly Discipline Specific Inservices and MultiDisciplinary Inservices). These are offered either live or in recorded formats to ensure you have access to the training that suits your needs with the opportunity to pursue clinical specialisation. Opportunities to pursue external training will also be considered with options to purchase training allowances through the bonus scheme available.
