Job Description
What you will get to do:
- Prepare construction documents
- Communicate and coordinate the preparation of documents with team members
- Collaborate with the architects and engineers in all aspects of the project design and construction documentation
- Analyze information available to determine and plan the best approach to develop and complete drawings
- Assist the design team in the process of assembling organized sets of drawings
What will make you successful
- 3 years of professional experience with construction documents including preparation and production experience
- Demonstrated success utilizing Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in BIM360 SketchUp Navisworks and rendering software
- Comfortable with autonomous work
- Clientservice attitude
- Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and ability to lead a team
- Genuine and responsible approach to work following through with required tasks and working for the success of the team and organization.
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
