Nephrologist Join Our Team in Beautiful Northern NY!
We are seeking a BE/BC Nephrologist to join a thriving and wellestablished nephrology practice with over 50 years of excellence in providing comprehensive nephrology care to an appreciative and engaged community. Join two longterm fulltime nephrologists at a Community Hospital that includes a six bed ICU and a 24 station hospital based freestanding dialysis unit. This exceptional opportunity offers professional satisfaction in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The practice is a local referral center for all AKI management and ESRD patients requiring hospitalizations. Approximately 10000 dialysis treatments are performed each year along with 500 inpatient treatments. A welldeveloped home dialysis program currently caring for 20 patients both peritoneal dialysis and next stage home hemodialysis is also part of the practice.
Our practice is housed in an efficient modernized office conveniently located across the street from the hospital campus allowing for seamless coordination of patient care. Hospital admissions are expertly managed by a robust dedicated 24/7 hospitalist team allowing our nephrology specialists to focus on outpatient and consultative nephrology services.

What We Offer:
Competitive Starting Salary $430000 with adjustments based on experience plus wRVU production incentive once you meet the MGMA median threshold.
