Position Summary

What Youll Do
Lead the Creative Charge

Define game themes mechanics and play styles that captivate audiences.
Own and document your vision ensuring every aspect of the game aligns with the ultimate player experience.
Shape the Future of Slot Gaming
Design both original games and fresh takes on existing hits incorporating market trends and stakeholder insights.
Oversee development from concept to launch iterating to perfection.
Collaborate with toptier mathematicians artists and engineers to bring your designs to life.
Inspire & Innovate
Work closely with the studio head and fellow designers to brainstorm and refine new ideas.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive products to ensure were always innovating.
Contribute your expertise to help shape the next generation of casino entertainment.
Qualifications
What Were Looking For
Experience & Expertise
7 years of professional experience in slot game design.
A deep understanding of landbased gaming markets and casino player psychology.
Leadership experience in guiding creative and technical teams is a big plus!
Skills & Creativity
A strong grasp of game development workflows and methodologies.
The ability to collaborate with diverse teams from mathematicians to animators.
Exceptional multitasking skills to bring multiple game concepts to life.
Excellent communication skills to share your vision with clarity and passion.
Education & Background
A Bachelors degree in Game Design Mathematics Computer Science Art Digital Production or a related field or equivalent industry experience.
