Job Description

Description:
As a Speech Therapist at University Home Care you will be responsible for providing therapy services to patients with speech and language disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and help patients improve their communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication skills
- Document patients progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology
- State licensure as a Speech Therapist
- Experience working with patients with speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
