As a Marketing Campaigns Manager in our marketing campaigns team you will support the planning and delivery of impactful multichannel above the line (ATL) marketing campaigns that drive business results. You will work in a highly collaborative agile marketing team engaging with multiple stakeholders and teams such as specialist marketers media leads product compliance and external creative and media agency partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Support in the development and implementation of integrated campaigns plans that align with business objectives supporting brand sponsorships and product initiatives from campaign strategy to agency briefs creative development and and ongoing measurement and optimisation of campaigns.
- Collaborate with strategy brand sponsorship and product teams to achieve business goals and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners including creative and media agencies.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated campaigns on time in a fastpaced environment.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Develop an understanding of the target audience and industry trends to identify new opportunities and foster innovation.
- Ensure advertising assets comply with relevant legislation and advertising regulations.
- Maintain an understanding of relevant legislations for different marketing channels working closely with our Controls teams to ensure advertising assets are compliant and in line with advertising regulation
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels in a fastpaced agile environment.
- Understanding of advertising and creative development processes with experience managing advertising campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and strong organizational communication and influencing abilities.
- Knowledge of the media landscape and experience working with media agencies or teams.
- Experience managing and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including external partners.
- Strategic and analytical mindset comfortable using insights to identify trends and develop a testandlearn approach.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and compliance of creative output.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Financial services experience is desirable.
- Experience reviewing media plans and leveraging creative across channels.
- Creative and collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt ideas to serve both product and marketing goals.
