ABOUT US
Mort & Co Fertilisers operates a unique facility employing innovative technology to produce environmentally friendly carbonbased product. This stateoftheart facility is the first of its kind in Australia. The plant repurposes manure to supply sustainable industry leading products to all types of Australian farms.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an opportunity to Join the Mort & Co Fertiliser team in the newly created position of Customer Service and Logistics Specialist. Thispermanent fulltime role will be based in the Toowoomba Office and will drive continuous improvement and excellence in the customer experience for Mort & CoFertilisers customers.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring customer enquiries sales order management and delivery schedules are coordinated efficiently and effectively
- Collaborating with Operations and Sales departments to provide an outstanding customer experience and acting as a conduit with other Mort & Co Business units
- Coordinating and executing distribution schedules and timetables to ensure accurate and on time order fulfilment
- Coordinating logistics and scheduling of freight for sales orders through to dispatch for both domestic and export markets
- Conducting a range of reporting inventory and financial processes using financial inventory and customer management systems
ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this roll you will bring a strong interest in working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the Mort & Co business external providers and customers to consistently provide outstanding customer experiences.
Key criteria include:
- Intermediate skills in software navigation including Microsoft Office ERP systems and relevant Mort & Co databases
- The ability to build strong internal and external business relationships and gain the respect and confidence of others
- Strong interpersonal communication negotiation and reporting skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to remain calm under and problem solve under pressure
- Excellent time management including the ability to work independently to achieve outcomes in a fastpaced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
