Schedule:
Fulltime position with standard office hours Monday through Friday 8AM5PM
Pay: $18.50 Depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist visitors clients and vendors with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
- Answer and direct phone calls handle inquiries and take accurate messages.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments including scheduling meetings managing calendars and preparing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and update company contact lists and directories.
Excel Data Management:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data related to production schedules inventory and departmental metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports charts and graphs as needed for management review.
- Assist in maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency.
Office Coordination:
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory ensuring stock levels are adequate and ordering as necessary.
- Assist with organizing company events meetings and other special projects.
- Liaise with various departments to support operational needs and address any administrative issues.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Technical Abilities: Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers fax machines) and basic understanding of office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
