On Site Director
Willowbrook Elementary
School Year Middle AugustMay Hours
AM: 6:009:30 PM: 3:156:00 (MTTHF) W PM: 1:156:00
School Year Office Hours: Immediately Following morning shift until 11:00AM
Summer Camp: June Through Middle August MondayFriday 40 Hours Per Week
Required Skills/Background:
DHS Qualified Trainings to be an On Site Director
Great Communication Skills
Adaptable to changing environments
Ability and Experience to work with school age children
Early education Trainings/Certificates/degrees
Supervisory Experience
Positive Attitude and Prompt Attendance
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Weekly work week is 40 Hours per week with 70 at Willowbrook Elementary and 30 at the administrative building during the school year and 100 at the school during Summer Camp.
Understand the CACFP program and process monthly paperwork.
Understand DHS guidelines
Manage and train a team of staff; keep up with staff files approve time cards and time off requests.
Create and Implement Weekly Lesson Plans
Type News letters and frequent communication with Families.
Work with a team of Directors across the program by providing constructive feed back on programming and ensure good practices are in place and being met.
Check Students in and out as they arrive and depart for the day
Process Write Up for incident and accident reports
Communicate with parents about good or not so great behaviors
Ensure that your school site environment is safe and welcoming
Attend and train on Yearly staff development.
Help oversee the planning and day to day operations with other Kids Klub Site Directors
Be a positive liaison between the Kids Klub program and your building school staff
