BT Retail Solutions a division of Apollo Retail Specialists has served Americas most respected brands as a leading construction and fixture installation company for three decades and we are hiringa Merchandising & Fixture Installation Site Manager for our reset/remodel teams.
As a Merchandising & Fixture Installation Site Manager you will manage of onsite projects supervising large scale field personnel work teams.
All of our projects require 8090 travel within your state and local states (but we pay mileage hotels and a per diem for meals while you are on the road)! All shifts vary and include day and overnight hours Monday Sunday. On our team you will have opportunities for training and advancementnot to mention great pay!

Important Information
Responsibilities:
- Work as instore/onsite manager of largescale projects in through all phases.
- Establish and monitor administrative procedures for each project.
- Maintain seamless communication with clients to facilitate successful project .
- Oversee team and individual efforts.
- Build positive professional working relationships with clients and team members.
- Manage daytoday operational and tactical aspects of multiple largescale projects.
- Ensure safety and always minimize risk.
- Ensure successful of assigned projects with clear and consistent reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping.
- Coach/train all levels of field personnel including onthejobtraining for team member certifications and career progression.
- Ensure project documents are complete current and distributed appropriately. Plan projects develop and organize all information and reporting.
- Communicate with project teams and management personnel via daily email/field reports (i.e. via TRAX).
- Coordinate consistently with field management personnel in a manner which maximizes overall business effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience managing field operations onsite for retail services companies.
- 5 years of experience in reading planograms/blueprints.
- Experience managing retail store remodels/resets in the Big Box Home Improvement sector.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience painting flooring drywalllight construction for retail projects.
- Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with all members of field staff to manage difficult situations with willingness to communicate to corporate leaders and divisional representatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills when dealing with internal and external partners.
- Works in retail and/or light construction environments requiring employees to always maintain a clean and neat appearance with presentable clothing (as stated in the Employee Handbook).
- Uses good judgment the design and development of materials to assure accurate and timely information is always provided to field personnel.
- Demonstrates good judgment and reasoning in investigating and solving problems associated with meeting company objectives for areas and accounts assigned.
- Demonstrates good judgment in escalating issues that are beyond the scope and control of this position in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates good judgment in respecting the confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Seeks guidance and direction from appropriate members within the organization or from other outside sources as may be required in the performance of responsibilities and duties.
- Ability to provide honest straightforward feedback when rating/reviewing submitted daily field reports.
- Ability to travel up to 90 of the time.
- Ability to work nights and weekends for up to 23 consecutive weeks during travel/highvolume periods with advanced notice.
- May require repetitive bending standing and walking extended lengths and may require you to pull push and/or lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- May be required to work extended hours sometimes to meet project/customer demands.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent is strongly preferred. Proven educational development beyond high school in areas of business management and/or project administration in a retail setting also strongly preferred. Education requirements may be waived in lieu of proven onthejob experience.
- Frequent standing stooping lifting up to 50 lbs. occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
