About the role
We are seeking a dynamiclead content writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have810 years in writing highquality technical content that effectively communicates complex information clearly and concisely. This role will primarily focus on creating articles based on customer query and manage Enphase community.

- Write highquality technical content that effectively communicates complex information clearly and concisely.
- Leveragewebsite statistics touncover customer pain pointson our support pageand solve their needsby improving online contentthat is scalable.
- Lead a team of content writers and manage the daytoday project assignments.
- Analysecustomer data to extract insight andfind scalable solutions toenhancethe supportforour customers.
- Using marketspecific knowledge and insights todevelop creative ideasthatimprove theadoptionof our communityas a knowledge and service tool by our customers.
- Shape the information strategies that will help Enphases customers adopt selfservice either through the support page or the Enphase community.
- Research industryrelated topics (combining online sources interviews and studies)
- Prepare wellstructured drafts using Content Management Systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Ensure allaround consistency (style fonts images and tone)
- Conduct indepth research on industryrelated topics to develop original content.
- Proofreading of content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the target audiences attention.
- Identifyingcustomers needs and recommendingnew contentto address gaps in the companys currently published content.
- Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organizations mission to inspire ideas and content.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility in search results.
- Come up withprocess improvement initiatives and implement them.
Who you are and what you bring:
- Technical bachelorsdegree Electrical preferred.
- 8 years of solar orstorage experiencepreferred.
- Strongcommunication(verbal andwritten)skills inEnglish.
- Ability totranslatecomplex information and adaptto the end user.
- Ability to think critically.
- Analytical mindset
- Strongproblemsolving skills
- Attention to detailselfmotivated and resultsoriented.
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer Copywriter or similar role.
- Portfolio of published articles.
- Experience doing research using multiple sources.
- Familiarity with web publications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Handson experience with Content Management Systems Salesforce KnowledgeGoogle AnalyticsDrupalHubspot.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients colleagues and management.
