AV Staff members set up and operate the video audio and lighting equipment used to enhance live events. This is an oncall as needed position.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $13.00.

Located in the heart of Cumberland County the Crown Complex is a stateoftheart fivevenue complex comprised of a 4500seat arena a 9200square foot ballroom a 10880seat coliseum an exposition center with 60000 square feet of unobstructed space and a 2440seat theatre.
Managed by OVG the Complex is home to the Fayetteville Marksmen hockey team (SPHL) and Fayetteville Fury indoor soccer team (NISL) and hosts a variety of other sporting events family shows concerts and special productions yearround.
Knowledge and experience in MS Office applications
Knowledge to install a printer scanner internet connectivity and WIFI connectivity
A good command of the English language: Spoken and Written
Must be presentable as this position will interface with clients frequently.
Commitment and ability to work on flexible shift days off and long hours ability to provide lateral service to other department with different job characteristics
Knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues instantly pinpointing faults and remedy during an event under Electronics Audio Video and Lighting.
Experience in handling events
General knowledge of basic electronics and connectivity
Basic PC troubleshooting i.e.: hardware and software failures and network connectivity issues
Perform all other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid NC drivers license
Must have demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced highpressure environment
Customer service experience
Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in the English language
Ability to work both independently and as part of team remaining flexible in your role
Ability to work flexible schedule including long hours nights weekends and holidays.
Knowledge and experience in Adobe CS CC or any photo and video editing software a plus.
