Job Description
As an Operations Automation Lead in AWMs Operational Transformation & Strategy (OTS) team you will lead strategic initiatives to transform our core business operations. You will work with crossfunctional teams from product operations technology and controls. Your initiative teams will identify and solve business needs for client experience advisor experience productivity gains and enhanced controls. You will lead efforts to gather information execute and implement automation and digitization strategies to deliver the outcomes of automation to support the Operations function. This is a technofunctional role that marries the best of operational process engineering with the latest technology platforms.
Job responsibilities
- Partners with senior business product and operations stakeholders to identify design and manage transformation initiatives
- Leads all aspects of automation engagements including requirements gathering solution architecture solution development testing deployment and continuous improvement while adhering to the firms standards controls and intelligence automation solutions governance
- Manages and ensures the delivery of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and/or metrics with key stakeholders to define benefit from the operational automation
- Identifies designs and manages solutions which allow the team to automate functions and deliver benefits for capacity creation risk reduction and streamline operational processes
- Coaches and mentors less experienced team members on the automation and operational strategies
- 7 years of experience in transformation automation and business analysis or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior client stakeholders (internally or externally)
- Bachelors degree
- Significant business and technical expertise and problemsolving methodologies focused on analyzing complex operating models anticipating issues and use of appropriate technology to mitigate risk
- Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and to develop accurate conclusions with deep comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
- Advanced knowledge of multiple intelligence automation capabilities and the SDLC
- Experience in coaching and directing less experienced team members on automation strategies
- MBA or Masters degree
- Advanced skills and understanding of business analysis design development testing and deployment
- Manager experience at top 10 consulting firms (e.g. McKinsey BCG Deloitte EY)
