Job Description:
- Having Diploma in Civil Engineering and worked on at least one project of similar nature of work on structures mentioned below in capacity as team leader/project manager.
- Preparing bar bending schedule preparation of quantities of steel cement coarse aggregate sand bricks or any other required material and giving it to the client for procuring the material.
- Strict checking of steel laying binding and carpentry work
- Quality control check of concreting
- Have 2 to 3 years or more experience in the construction field pertaining to Malls Multistoried buildings Commercial complexes etc
- Monitoring Scheduling of civil work and Site Management. Coordination with contractors & of the project.
- Plan and oversee routine operating activities.
- Planning day to day activities at the site
- Coordinate with the client during
- Creativityselfmotivation flexibility and dedication is expected
- Site monitoring and daily progress reporting
- Site Supervision & Office administration
Qualification:
Excellent with computer knowledge like Internet MSOffice Emails
A local candidate who is Hardworking & having work experience in Site supervision will be preferred
Diploma/B.E. Civil
