Job Description
Role: Locum Pharmacist
Banding: Band 8a
Location: Coventry
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum of 3 months with potential extension to 612 months depending on individual performance and workload requirements.
Hours: Fulltime (Monday to Friday 09:00AM 17:30PM)
Rate: 28 39 per hour
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 7/8a Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have either aseptic experience or chemotherapy screening (verification) experience. This role requires a professional who is GPhC registered and has prior NHS experience which is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
You will perform aseptic preparation or chemotherapy screening (verification). You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide highquality patient care. You will maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
- Education and Qualifications:
- Relevant Pharmacy qualification.
- Registered as a practicing pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Experience in aseptic preparation or chemotherapy screening (verification)
- Prior NHS experience is desirable
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
