As a Staff Software Engineer you will play a key role in designing developing and delivering scalable and highperforming software solutions. This position requires technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to solve complex engineering challenges. You will guide architectural decisions mentor team members and ensure the delivery of impactful features aligned with the companys goals.

• Lead the design and development of complex software systems.
• Drive technical innovation and best practices across teams.
• Ensure code quality through reviews automation and adherence to coding standards.
• Architect scalable reliable and secure systems for businesscritical applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Align engineering efforts with business objectives to achieve company goals.
• Identify analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop strategies to enhance system reliability and reduce technical debt.
