Job Title: Kitchen Helper
Education Requirement: High school diploma or GED
Certification or Licenses: None Needed
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Help. As a vital part of our kitchen staff you will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen and the timely preparation of meals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Assisting with food preparation including chopping vegetables preparing sauces and assembling dishes.
2. Operating kitchen equipment such as ovens stoves and grills under supervision.
3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area including washing dishes sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste.
4. Supporting the kitchen team in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Following instructions from chefs and other kitchen staff to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately.
6. Collaborating with team members to deliver highquality meals and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
