What We Are Looking For:
An experienced Environmental Remediation Project Engineer ready to support and manage a design team using various remedial technologies to address various contaminants in soil groundwater stormwater and air. The right candidate has experience with remediation under multistate CERCLA and RCRA regulations. What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting remedial and process engineering projects and teams to fill data gaps design construct operate and optimize systems
- Evaluating data from aquifer tests pilot studies bench testing sampling events and modeling to develop remedial strategies
- Preparing reviewing and mentoring others in the development of design basis technology selection and design plans specifications and reports
- Communicating with regulatory personnel and permitting agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations
- Providing project and client management from small dry cleaners/gas stations to complex industrial facilities to major federal facilities
- Preparing proposals cost estimates and longterm projections for remediation projects
- Providing technical assistance to teams working across multiple offices throughout the country problemsolving mentoring leading by example and participating in corporate technical initiatives
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree from an ABETaccredited college in Civil Chemical Mechanical or Environmental Engineering
- 715 years of experience required
- P.E. required
- Handson experience with remediation technologies for soil groundwater stormwater and air for a wide range of contaminants
- A valid drivers license
- Ability to travel overnight
