Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for one of our Skilled Nursing partners in Findlay OH! See below for full details and benefits.
Salary Range: $36/hr
Schedule: Contract
Position Requirements:
- First aid Certificate
- CPR/BLS
- License
- Hepatitis B Covid Vaccine or Exemption 2step tuberculosis
- Physical
- Background Check
- Drug Screen
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and chart patients medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients conditions and response to care plan reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients care plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
