What were looking for: We are currently seeking a midlevel Project Engineer who is willing to explore largescale commercial projects within key verticals such as Healthcare Pharmaceutical Education Corporate Institutional and Light Industrial.
Ideal Candidate: HighSchool diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of work experience including at least one year of Construction experience in a similar role including internships or as a craft professional. BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience. Demonstrated effective verbal written and presentation skills. Demonstrated problemsolving skills and criticalthinking skills. Basic knowledge of various Construction software including those pertaining to Project Management (Procore preferred) Microsoft Suite Accounting (Sage preferred) Scheduling (Asta or Project preferred) Modeling (Revit) and PDF Editing (Bluebeam). Proficiency in Microsoft Suite especially Word and Excel. Basic knowledge of contract administration Requests for Information Schedule of Values preparation and adjustment to monthly billings and preparation of bar chart schedules including predecessors successors constraints float and lags.
