Customer Service Representative
Compensation: Starting pay of $three performance bonuses a year!

In this role you work with callin or emailed customer requests to assist in identifying and purchasing product or providing product information to make guided decisions to order the correct parts. Information is delivered usually by phone email or through the customers ordering portal. There is a threetrack training programone to learn the computer system to navigate these affairs; second to learn product so as to achieve subject matter expert status; It is a fastpaced and invigorating work environment with an excellent teambased culture dedicated to your continuing professional development. This is a businesstobusiness role so customers generally are pleasant and professional. Building relationships through time is an essential and rewarding part of the job. It is a traditional MF work day schedule with paid holidays and no nights or weekends. This role has development potential to move into more complex layers of customer service functions such as: Key Accounts Strategic Quotes Sales Engineering or managerial roles.
Qualifications
Ideal Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience desired.
- Prior sales experience desired.
- Strong administrative skills and competent personal organization.
- Excellent time management and problem resolution skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Extensive learning agility and a strong desire to learn new skills.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs experience.
- Internal sense of customer service and team play.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up with supervisors on completion of tasks.
- Ability to work in a team setting while taking responsibility for personal productivity.
- Ability to think on your feet and react to customer inquiry.
- Ability to work at a desk fulltime.
Work Environment: Office setting with friendly outgoing teamoriented staff. Candidates should anticipate a very fastpaced productive work environment. Occasionally the candidate will work in our manufacturing plant environment to interface with operations teammates.
