About the Role
Join our clients Crane Maintenance Team supporting cuttingedge operations in a fastpaced and diverse environment. Youll work with machinery pivotal to industries like construction and home appliances ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance overhauls and repairs on cranes and production line equipment.
- Adhere to strict Health Safety and Environmental standards.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on Overhead Travelling Cranes.
- Assist in designing and producing spare parts for crane equipment.
- Participate in machinery refurbishment and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Conduct Zone Safety audits and Risk Assessments.
- Take part in auxiliary and downtime activities as required.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in the steel or construction industry.
- NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering is desirable.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary settings.
- Strong risk assessment abilities and a proactive approach to safety.
