The Customer Advocacy Team plays a critical role in bringing these stories to life. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager Customer Storytelling you will own and evolve the customer storytelling strategy ensuring our most strategic customer stories are not only crafted but also effectively positioned packaged and activated across marketing sales and brand efforts.

This role is a unique opportunity for a product marketer with a bias for action who thrives in ambiguity moves quickly to test and iterate and is eager to push the boundaries of customer storytelling. Youll bring deep expertise in positioning messaging and GTM strategy to a storytellingfocused rolehelping integrate powerful customer proof into HubSpots GTM motions.

Were looking for a motivated product marketer who seamlessly moves between highlevel strategy and handson executiondefining the role of customer storytelling in HubSpots broader strategy influencing crossfunctional teams and then rolling up their sleeves to bring those stories to lifeall while ensuring storytelling remains deeply rooted in the customers voice and experience.

In This Role Youll Get To:

  • Own & Evolve the Customer Storytelling Strategy Develop a structured scalable approach to storytelling that aligns with that strengthens HubSpots product marketing narratives and supports key business objectives.
  • Drive Strategic Distribution & GTM Activation Move quickly and decisively to ensure customer stories are seamlessly integrated into sales enablement marketing campaigns and GTM motionsnavigating ambiguity with confidence and making informed decisions along the way.
  • Develop a Thought Leadership Presence Champion bestinclass customer storytelling practices mentoring teams and ensuring they are widely adopted across HubSpot.
  • Experiment & Innovate in Storytelling Formats Push beyond traditional case studies leveraging interactive content AIdriven insights and customerled storytelling initiatives.
  • Leverage AI to Enhance Storytelling Explore how AI can improve the efficiency personalization and impact of customer storytelling from content creation to distribution.

What Were Looking For:

  • Have 5 years of experience including 3 in product marketing with expertise in positioning messaging and GTM strategy.
  • Excel in GTM strategically positioning and packaging content for impact across marketing sales and brand channels.
  • Understand B2B tech sales marketing and the role of customer stories in the buyer journey.
  • Operate strategically while executingequally comfortable defining a storytelling vision and bringing it to life.
  • Have a bias for action navigating ambiguity with confidence and making informed decisions quickly.
  • Embrace a growth mindset seeking out learning opportunities and valuing giving/receiving feedback to improve and innovate.
  • Leverage AI to drive innovation efficiency and impact.
  • Push beyond traditional case studies using creative formats to enhance engagement.
  • Track performance and continuously refine their approach for maximum effectiveness.
  • Are passionate about mentorship fostering growth and collaboration within teams.



Cash compensation range:USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary ontarget commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpots bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpots equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate including their skills experience qualifications and other jobrelated reasons.
