Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and actionable insights that align with business objectives.
Visualization: Use tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker to create dashboards that clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders across the organization.
Predictive Analytics: Collaborate with the data science and product teams to build models that predict patient behavior improve clinical workflows and optimize operations.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in SQL Python and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with healthcare data formats (HL7 FHIR) and privacy regulations (HIPAA).
- Adept at handling large datasets and using predictive analytics to optimize operational efficiency.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related technical field.
Experience: 58 years of experience in data analysis preferably in healthcare with a focus on AIdriven insights.
