As Field Services Engineer you will be responsible for supporting a strategic account and deliver Dalet technical expertise to their administrators.
What youll be doing
- Install maintain and optimize products and configurations at customers site
- Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
- Perform maintenance and fixing
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance
- Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers business
- Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions
What youll we need to be successful
- Experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
- Proven IT skills in Windows networking and SQL database
- Broadcast knowledge
- Experience with Dalet Solutions is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and French
- Selfstarter who is excited about technology
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
