Job Description
Thriving Together Navigator
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact Join our team as Thriving Together Navigator at MHMR where your expertise will directly contribute to programs that make a lasting impact.
The Thriving Together Navigation position facilitates access to services and coordinates referrals for individuals contacting MHMR for assistance and resources. This role primarily answers incoming calls to the MHMR Thriving Together line and links callers to the most suitable internal or external resources. It engages with individuals until their needs are addressed. The position works in the MHMR Centers and guides individuals through available resources to support their needs provides excellent customer service and greets individuals at intake meetings to streamline the process and help them navigate their first appointment.
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Social work or human services field such as psychology child development
Preferences: Bilingual
Substitutions: Bachelors degree with at least 30 hours of behavioral health coursework
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers License Eligible to obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHPCS) certification.
