As an Associate in the Regulatory Operations Center of Excellence you will serve private clients worldwide with offices located in the US Europe and Asia. This team is part of the Asset & Wealth Management Line of Business and collaborates closely with clients and onshore partners to address diverse reporting needs for clients and regulators across various frequencies (daily weekly monthly quarterly and annually). Additionally the team delivers automation solutions using various Intelligent Automation (IA) tools and provides adhoc support for various data requirements from the business.
Job responsibilities:
- Possessexperience in Regulatory/Management Information Reporting.
- Ensureall process and supporting documents (SOPs FSLAs Service Requests IAS charters) are kept uptodate and adhered to.
- Managestakeholder expectations effectively facilitating decisionmaking by providing the right level of information and escalating issues in a timely manner when necessary.
- Collaboratecrossfunctionally to efficiently meet business deliverables.
- Drivechange management projects and new reporting requirements independently.
- Provideadhoc data support upon request by the business.
- Ensureaccurate and timely resolution of all queries.
- Engagein continuous learning and upskilling to effectively contribute to business deliveries.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services with exposure or involvement in one or more of the following areas: Private Banking Reporting Intelligent Automation or Process Improvement.
- Possessstrong experience with Microsoft products including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Haveworking knowledge of various Intelligent Automation tools such as Alteryx UiPath Tableau and Signavio.
- Exhibitstrong data analytical skills.
- Possess background in financial services or business consultancy.
- Demonstratea track record of setting and achieving challenging goals.
- Holda Bachelors degree from an accredited highquality institution.
