Job Description
**Job Summary:**
The Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler / Unloader will be responsible for unloading sorting palletizing and wrapping products with an average weight of 25lbs in a warehouse setting located in Bolingbrook IL. The role requires working Monday to Thursday from 7:00am start time 10 hour shifts) with additional mandatory overtime as needed.
**Qualifications:**
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25lbs
Prior experience in a warehouse or freight handling role preferred but not required!
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to work overtime when necessary
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
**Responsibilities:**
Unload incoming shipments and ensure accurate sorting and palletizing of products
Wrap and prepare items for storage or shipment
Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Meet productivity targets to maximize daily earnings based on a productionbased pay structure
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
**Compensation:**
This position offers a productionbased pay structure where the more efficient the Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler is the more they can earn each day. On average associates can expect to earn about $22 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of $19 per hour.
