Are you a handson technician with a keen eye for detail Do you thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy problemsolving Our wellestablished client in Kettering is seeking a Service Centre Technician to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of tools ensuring highquality repairs and calibration while also supporting warehouse operations. If youre technically minded organised and a great team player we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Tool Repairs & Servicing Inspect repair and service a variety of tools ensuring all work meets high standards
- Processing Returns Handle initial service centre returns efficiently.
- Calibration & Certification Generate accurate calibration certificates.
- Customer Service Package and process tools for return to customers.
- Warehouse Support Assist with picking packing and general warehouse operations when required.
What Were Looking For:
- Technical & IT Skills Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is beneficial.
- Attention to Detail Accuracy is key when repairing tools and handling documentation.
- Great Communication Able to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Team Player Works well within a busy warehouse environment.
- Strong Work Ethic Selfmotivated reliable and resultsdriven.
