We are partnering with a leading law firm in Leeds that is dedicated to providing highquality legal services to individuals and families. With over 150 employees across multiple UK offices this firm is committed to excellence and is seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
The Role:
As a Family Solicitor you will be responsible for:
- Advising and representing clients on a wide range of family law matters.
- Providing support and guidance to vulnerable clients involved in court proceedings.
- Delivering a clientfocused and commercially astute service.
- Conducting advocacy and advising on the merits of appeals when necessary.
- Managing a busy caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Taking client instructions and providing tailored legal advice.
- Conducting legal research and analyzing case law.
- Growing your own caseload under appropriate supervision.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law.
- Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients in court.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Financial management skills including time recording and billing practices.
