In this role we are looking for an expert to guide and manage a team of Procure to Pay Professionals working through high volume complex transactions with a sharp focus on Supplier Satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Ownership of daytoday Operations to deliver predictable output and oversee key business metrics like aging and supplier escalations.
Actively engage with senior client stakeholders to understand the everchanging business needs
Leverage your experience to proactively build and maintain an efficient and effective delivery architecture to drive business results in line with clients prioritized objectives
Challenge the status quo to constantly discover process improvement opportunities
Collaborate with the Transformation team to identify and execute new ideas including smart automation
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications /Skills
Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) with rich experience in a similar role
Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics optimize Operations
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven understanding of WHT (With Holding Tax CST invoice handling P2P concepts processes key controls and ability to manage a large team in a remote environment
Exposure in a large scale complex Manufacturing environment with an understanding of business life cycle
Passionate about solving problems and tenacity to develop ideas in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication skills verbal and written ability to interact with and influence global audience
Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results
Open minded with ability to encourage people question status quo and challenge the team to do better everyday

Attention to detail ability to connect the dots and ask intelligent questions
Familiarity with the latest technologies used in I2P processes and application thereof will be a big plus
