Job Description

Position Overview

Are you looking for a career that enables you to bring your expertise to build and develop EO&T (Enterprise Operations and Technology) strategy operating models board and executive reporting Freddie Mac is seeking a creative handson Technology Strategy Senior to be a member of the EO&T Strategy Operations and Reporting team!

You will be working on a wide range of operations and technology strategies and strategic work efforts/projects by working across Infrastructure / Platform Services Enterprise Chief Data Office Global Operations IT CFO IT COO IT DRO Business Technology Divisions and Enterprise Risk Management leadership. This role will apply knowledge of best practices to define and shape EO&Ts overall strategy governance organization structure architecture and operational efficiency for EO&T.

Our Impact

  • Establish strategic alignment across business EO&T Risk management and IT CFO.
  • Strategic and highimpact efforts / special projects driven by EVP SVP and BOD top priorities.
  • Design develop and communicate materials for executivelevel and senior leadership meetings to articulate the direction priorities decisions risks and goals of the EO&T Division
  • Regularly interact with senior leaders on Transformation initiatives for executive reporting.

  • Partner with team members to critically analyze and report on critical metrics for board executive departmental and projectlevel briefings.

Your Impact

  • Work in a SWATstyle team environment to engage with all levels of the organization including senior executives to strategize and develop solutions for automation and operational efficiency across multiple domains.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams and crossfunctional partners to develop cohesive technology solutions cost analysis operating model and implementation approach as needed.
  • Partner with team members to define new reporting needs and change management of existing executive/board of directors reports dashboards and metrics.
  • Maintenance and governance of scorecards metrics KRIs and alignment with 3LODs.
  • Ability to successfully deliver in an agile entrepreneurial environment.
  • Partner with stakeholders; ability to influence others and move toward a shared vision or goal.
  • Highly developed interpersonal presentation and communication skills
  • Able to build strong relationships quickly and autonomously across a broad group of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required. Advanced degree preferred
  • 57 years in software engineering or Enterprise Architecture managing system engineering tradeoffs balancing performance cost and risk management
  • Enterprise transformation experience in 2 or more areas (Digital Strategy Technology Innovation and Ecosystems Operations and Technology Operating Model Cloud Strategy Enterprise Architecture Strategy Data AI/ML Strategy)
  • Strong organization and process reengineering skills including analysis planning and
  • An outstanding ability to analyze problems apply quantitative analytical approaches communicate effectively and confidently (verbal and written) and work well in crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools (absolutely required)

  • Experience facilitating adaptive change to meet the demands of a critical and complex division of the enterprise while managing multiple initiatives and timesensitive processes simultaneously.

This position has an annualized marketbased salary range of $123000 $185000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
