As a Senior Associate Sales Technology & Analytics Enablement you will be trusted to work cross functionally with Sales Marketing and other commercial departments to drive operational efficiency through the implementation adoption & support of Salesforce CRM & Digital selling tools. (e.g. Pitcher VCOM) at Mississauga Canada location. In this role a typical day will include:
Assist with Adoption User Training and Satisfaction.
Focus on end user experience continually seek ways to enhance the end user experience.
Assist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce
Act as second level support for end user issues. Resolve and escalate production issues as necessary. Acts as a liaison between end users and technical teams for resolution.
Lead and participate in deploying new functionalities and enhancements.
Coordinate with global and local project teams to drive solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholder to gather requirements coordinate testing training and roll out plans.
Maintain project documentation (project plan issues testing requirements status) and communicate status.
Conduct end user training sessions (train the trainer) for new functionality as required. Create user guides and training documentation as needed.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
- Secondary School Diploma Preferred Bachelors Degree or PostSecondary Diploma
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelors degree or PostSecondary Diploma
- 1 5 years within industry experience (eye care medical device pharma)
