An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join the faculty of an outstanding independent school in Suffolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging wellstructured English lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3 and Key Stage 4 (KS4. There is also an exciting opportunity to teach English Literature or English Language at Key Stage 5 (KS5 depending on the candidates interests and experience. Youll be part of a highachieving department that is committed to fostering a genuine love of reading writing and critical thinking among students.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification
- Proven ability to teach English at KS3 and KS4 with a clear understanding of national curriculum requirements and effective assessment strategies
- Experience or willingness to teach KS5 English is highly desirable
- A strong subject knowledge in English Literature and/or Language with a genuine passion for inspiring a love of reading and writing in students
- A reflective committed and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students colleagues and parents
- A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school including extracurricular clubs events and academic extension activities
- Legal right to work in the UK
