We are seeking to hirea Senior Project Control Planning & Risk Engineer with proven experience in the planning cost control and risk management of complex industrial projects. The selected candidate will join the technical team to lead the planning and monitoring of largescale projects including EPC FEED basic and detailed engineering contracts ensuring compliance with deadlines budgets and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate planning cost and risk teams ensuring proper integration between the project schedule budget and risk matrix.
Design and implement planning procedures and progress measurement systems from scratch tailored to the specific needs of each project phase.
Develop maintain and update project schedules using advanced tools such as Primavera P6 ensuring compliance with key milestones.
Monitor and control project costs preparing estimates variance analyses and corrective action proposals.
Lead comprehensive project risk management including the identification assessment monitoring and mitigation of technical contractual and financial risks.
Integrate risk management into the schedule and budget generating impact scenarios (whatif analysis) and contingency plans.
Prepare project monitoring reports (weekly monthly executive) and presentations for clients and senior management.
Collaborate closely with engineering procurement and construction teams to ensure technical consistency and achievement of multidisciplinary milestones.
Provide support in contractual management processes including change analysis claims and negotiations with the client.
Represent the project control area in strategic meetings with clients consortium partners and executive leadership.

Requirements:

University degree in Engineering Industrial Organization or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in planning and control of large industrial projects with a strong focus on risk management in EPC / EPCC environments.
Previous experience as a Risk Manager or Risk Lead in petrochemical plants refineries or methanol/gas projects.
Specific experience in developing risk models and performing quantitative analyses.
Solid knowledge of risk management techniques.
Ability to lead strategic risk meetings with clients and senior management.
Knowledge and application of standards such as PMBOK ISO 31000 etc.
Advanced user of Primavera P6 Excel and risk analysis tools (Monte Carlo or similar).
Minimum B2 level of English. Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Specific training in Project Risk Management.
Experience participating in international projects or consortiums.
