About the role
In alignment with Xensams strategy values and processes you as our Sales Directorwill be responsible for driving a team of corporate and enterprise sales managers to deliver net new sales.Your role involves coaching mentoring and empowering the sales team to maximize performance while generating revenue opportunities for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee productivity opportunity pipeline and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards.
  • Conduct weekly sales forecasts pipeline reviews and quarterly progress evaluations with each team member.
  • Develop and execute strategic monthly and quarterly sales plans.
  • Collaborate with internal resources acting as a champion and escalation point for your team.
  • Support sales team in client meetings presentations and negotiations.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to enhance the teams sales skills professional development and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business IT or related field.
  • A hunter by nature with a demonstrable sales track record from lead to close.
  • Experience in using sales methodology to win deal (MEDDIC Miller Heiman etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing direct B2B sales including net new technology sales.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Resultsoriented with a strong focus on client delivering value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Experience in a startup/scale up.
