CodiLime is a software and network engineering industry expert and the firstchoice service partner for top global networking hardware providers software providers and telecoms. We create proofsofconcept help our clients build new products nurture existing ones and provide services in production environments. Our clients include both tech startups and big players in various industries and geographic locations (US Japan Israel Europe).

The project and the team
As our business grows we need a skilled Engineering Manager to guide teams in delivering topnotch solutions to our clients. Youll work on various software development and automation projects within the networking and data center infrastructure domain collaborating closely with internal teams and customers.
Things to know about our projects:
- We keep our project teams small (up to 12 people)
- We use Agile methodologies whenever possible
- We generally work hybrid or fully remote during standard hours with occasional calls 6 pm8 pm) based on client needs
- Our clients are mostly startups scaleups or enterprises from Silicon Valley
Your role
Youll leverage your technical background to guide our teams but we dont expect you to write code. As part of the project team you will:
- Discuss technical and business requirements with clients
- Facilitate (or actively participate in) architectural discussions
- Ensure the team has everything needed for efficient delivery
- Shape the team based on your leadership style project needs and company culture
- Track project progress and proactively address any risks
- Make decisions jointly with clients and technical leads
- Participate in company processes (hiring onboarding career development etc.
- Occasionally visit customers onsite (up to twice a year)
Do we have a match
As an Engineering Manager you must meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager Technical Manager or similar role ideally in Computer Networks on DC/telecom infrastructure domains
- Handson experience in a technical field (you wont be coding but you need to understand whats under the hood)
- Solid understanding of Server/Networking infrastructure Clouds CI/CD and Linux
- Familiarity with computer network concepts
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks (QA deployments)
- Proven ability to manage teams: guiding career growth conductingperformance reviews resolving conflicts and facilitating meetings
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
Beyond the criteria above we would appreciate:
- Experience working in an outsourcing company
- Experience with implementation/integration projects
