Your mission

We are seeking a skilled and passionate 3D Designer with a strong focus on modeling and simulation to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Designer you will be instrumental in developing and refining the 3D models and interactive simulations that power our customization platform. Your primary responsibilities will involve creating 3D assets (modelling texturing rendering simulation) and improving systems for dynamic customization of fashion products. You will collaborate closely with Project managers and Engineers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

The journey

• Creation of 3D assets: Develop highquality 3D digital twins for different types of products.
• Develop a digital product from photo/ sketch to a final render.
• Garment 3D creation from image to final render.
• Maintenance and iteration of 3D assets: Continuously improve and update existing 3D models based on customer feedback product development and evolving design standards.
• Contribution to process documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for 3D assets creation and simulation setups.
• Make sure to always improve the current pipeline by bringing new ideas for the automation of processes.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends: Research and explore new techniques in 3D design modelling and simulation to enhance our platform.
• Problemsolving: Identify and resolve technical and product challenges related to 3D asset creation and simulation implementation.

What youll bring to the team

• Bachelors degree in a 3Drelated field.
• Proven experience 4 years) as a 3D Designer/Creator with a portfolio showcasing work focused on digital products fashion or similar fields that shows knowledge in modelling or simulation texturing and rendering.
• Strong proficiency in industrystandard 3D modelling software (e.g. Blender Maya).
• Knowledge on cloth simulation tools like Clo or Browzwear).
• Strong knowledge in the 3D process from modelling/simulation to rendering.
• Experience with highpoly meshes.
• Ease in image manipulation and color correction (Good Photoshop skills).
• Demonstrate knowledge of lighting principles color correction rendering and composition.
• Sensitivity for the study and recreation of materials and shaders.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating highquality visually appealing assets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong problemsolving attitude.
• Passion for technology innovation and creating usercentric experiences.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• An empathetic inclusive and curious attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with the SaaS and Tech environment.
• Experience in tools as Substance Vray.
• Experience with video editing.
