Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about animal medicine enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and thrives in a collaborative clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality medical surgical and preventative care for companion animals.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures.
- Foster strong client relationships through compassionate communication and education.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure excellent patient care.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records.
Qualifications:
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in small animal practice preferred.
- Strong surgical skills and proficiency in common procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client education.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment.
