Job Description
Travel RN Post Anesthesia 08Week Assignment in Rochester NY
- Position: Registered Nurse Post Anesthesia
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
- Location: Rochester NY
- Shift: 10hour Day shift
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2200 $2240
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients vital signs consciousness levels and pain management postanesthesia
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians
- Respond promptly to patient needs and postoperative complications
- Provide immediate care and interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals for optimal recovery
Requirements:
- Active New York State RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Previous experience in PACU ICU or similar critical care environment preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decisionmaking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
