What Youll Do:
As an Internet Sales Consultant youll be at the forefront of managing online leads creating engaging content and building lasting customer relationships. Your role will include:
- Responding to online inquiries via email phone chat or text ensuring prompt and professional engagement.
- Qualifying incoming leads and guiding customers through the sales process using structured followup plans.
- Creating and sharing engaging content on social media and digital platforms to enhance the dealerships online presence.
- Facilitating virtual consultations presentations and test drives providing an outstanding onlinetoshowroom experience.
- Actively following up with customers and managing relationships to close sales and meet individual goals.
What Were Looking For:
Were seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service digital platforms and sales. Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for persuasive selling.
- Experience using CRM software and online communication tools.
- A creative flair for content creation (e.g. photos videos and promotional graphics).
- A customerfocused mindset attention to detail and a resultsdriven approach.
- A positive teamoriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Sales experience is a plus but not requiredwere happy to train the right person!
