We are currently seeking a Process Technician for our Clinton Tennessee facility. This position will be on 1st shift which is 7:00AM3:30PM MondayFriday. Starting rate for this position $22.50 and up depending on experience.

Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
In addition to the existing process technician duties:
- Knowledge of all types of products/formulations and QC/Analytical testing
- Ability to troubleshoot all extruders at the site
- Ability to communicate with teams across all departments
- Ability to interpret screw profiles and modify to meet QC requirements
- Received training in the QC/Analytical Lab to better understand testing methods
- Ability to train other technicians as well as new hires on proper procedures and PPE
- Interact with other area management and supervision
- Communicates Dalton schedule change when an order is pulled for process problems and comes up with a game plan for the next run.
- Interacts with lab and other departments when remedying a processing issue when necessary.
- Reviews equipment maintenance needs and submits work order as needed including recommended improvements.
- Advises Tech Service on formulations and what is practical and repeatable in production.
- Coordinates meetings with other departments (Projects Maintenance etc)
