Job Description
Speaks Law Firmis seeking an experiencedNC licensed Attorneyto join our wellestablished nationally recognized firm. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
This is a fulltime salary exempt position. Annual base salary plus commission depends on experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Accountable formedical oversight performed by case managers case values utilizing subject matter experts negotiating claims referring to and assisting litigation
- Maintain effective communication with clients per the firms standards and expectations
- Ensurethat overall best strategies are utilized for negotiations andact as mentor to case managers and/or any direct reports
- Collaboratewith firm leadership to maximize outcomes
- Assist with exceptional cases at the discretion of the owner or manager.
- Must have two 2 plusyears of personal injuryexperience
- Must be an active member of the NC Bar Association
- Active member of SC Bar Association a plus
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
- Proficiency in writing research and negotiation
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
- Experience with Needles Neos Case Management Software a plus
- Excellent communication problemsolving decisionmakingand public speaking skills required
