Job Description

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.

We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager I Intensive Care in our Hospital in Cork Ireland.


Key Responsibilities
  • Under the direction and knowledge of the CNMII the clinical nurse manager will collaborate closely with them.
  • directing and guiding a group of committed employees in the smooth and provision of firstrate patient care.
  • devoted to providing the best possible treatment for our patients.
  • The charge nurse is in charge of making sure that patients receive highquality care in their assigned region. They are also responsible for taking responsibility for all nursing activities in their region leading the team and efficiently managing resources.
  • As a role model they must support the interdisciplinary team with clinical experience and best practices in nursing care delivery.
  • Colleagues should receive support help and facilitation in order to accomplish certain crucial success.








Requirements

  • Licensed general practitioner

  • Maintain a current registration with the Irish Nursing and Midwifery Board

  • Proven dedication to patient safety and quality

  • Possess a validated postregistration credential in intensive care or critical care nursing.

  • Possess at least five years of fulltime clinical experience following registration three of which must be in critical care or a similar field.

  • Preferable or willing to get a management degree

  • Demonstrated abilities in change management and leadership

  • Outstanding understanding of modern nursing techniques and abilities

  • Having outstanding organisational abilities and the capacity to make judgements
