Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and guest service. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming and wellkept environment for guests while upholding professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all offices furniture common areas and guest spaces.

  • Ensure washrooms and toilets are regularly sanitized and wellstocked with essentials.

  • Keep the premises in impeccable condition ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.

  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

  • Assist with guest services including checkins checkouts and addressing inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Respect guest privacy maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of discretion in all interactions.

  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities to ensure smooth daily operations.



Requirements


  • Previous experience in housekeeping cleaning or hospitality roles.

  • Familiarity with proper cleaning procedures and the use of cleaning tools and equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Basic administrative skills to track cleaning supplies and manage housekeeping records.
