Assist with guest services including checkins checkouts and addressing inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Respect guest privacy maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of discretion in all interactions.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Previous experience in housekeeping cleaning or hospitality roles.
Familiarity with proper cleaning procedures and the use of cleaning tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Basic administrative skills to track cleaning supplies and manage housekeeping records.
