What you will be doing:
- Practice in Construction General Liability and Premises Liability Defense
- Defend Medical Malpractice cases
- Represent LongTerm Care Facilities in Medical Malpractice cases
- Handle Products Liability cases
- Provide Professional Liability Defense
- Defend Trucking and Vehicular Liability cases
Experience you will need:
- Admitted to practice as a licensed attorney in the State of Massachusetts
- At least one year of prior experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts
- Superior research and writing skills
- Strong academic record from an ABA accredited law school
- Looking for bench and trial experience
