Job Description
Description of the role:
The Key Cars Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer to join our team in Milford Connecticut. As an Automotive Detailer you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles are in pristine condition and ready for resale. You will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles performing paint touchups and applying protective coatings. Your attention to detail and passion for maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Clean wax polish and detail vehicles to maintain their appearance and protect surfaces
- Vacuum shampoo and steam clean interior upholstery and carpets
- Perform paint touchups and minor repairs as needed
- Apply protective coatings to preserve vehicles shine
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report findings to management
- Ensure all cleaning and detailing supplies are properly stocked
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an automotive detailer
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques products and equipment
- Ability to use detailing tools such as buffers steamers and vacuums
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
