Were on the lookout for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (SaaS Hunter Partnerships Focus) to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in outbound prospecting qualifying leads and building the early foundation for strong business relationships.

Are you a driven hungry sales pro who thrives on chasing down new opportunities Do you get a rush from identifying the right prospects sparking conversations and opening doors If so this role is for you.

Were looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel our partnership program by actively hunting for new tech companies and solution providers who can benefit from what we offer. This isnt a traditional partnership roleits a hunterstyle sales position focused on outbound prospecting qualifying leads and building the early foundation for strong business relationships.

What Youll Do:

Own outbound prospectingidentify research and reach out to potential partners

Engage with tech companies to explore partnership opportunities that drive mutual value

Manage the early sales pipelinequalify leads and set up meetings for senior sales & partnership managers

Experiment and iteratetest different outreach approaches messaging and strategies

Collaborate across teams to refine our partnership outreach playbook

What Were Looking For:

13 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS tech solutions or B2B preferred)

Proven ability to hunt qualify and generate leads from scratch

Comfortable cold calling emailing and using LinkedIn to engage prospects

Strong communication skillsability to pitch persuade and build rapport

Grit hustle and a competitive mindsetsomeone who thrives on hitting goals

A natural curiosity about technology and how different solutions connect

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience selling: software SaaS or digital solutions

Familiarity with: CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce etc.

A background in: business development sales or partnerships
